Life at Soto
Friendly faces. Flexible working. Good vibes only.
We’ve built Soto to be the kind of place we’d want to work: thoughtful, relaxed, and supportive. That means flexible hours, a healthy work-life balance, and a culture that truly puts people first.
We know that no two people’s lives are exactly the same, so we give our team the freedom to work in a way that makes sense to them. Whether that’s shifting your hours to start a little earlier or later, taking breaks to walk the dog, or working from home when needed, we focus on outcomes, not clock-watching.

Built around people

Comfort and care
The Soto team gets private healthcare through not-for-profit provider WPA, because looking after each other is part of the job. Our office is dog-friendly too; four-legged friends are welcome, and they’re always good for a morale boost.
And when we need a little breather? It’s coffee time! We partner with our local café, Coffee#1, for a daily dose of caffeine and connection… reusable mugs in hand. Supporting local businesses is important to us, and this one’s become a firm team favourite that we couldn’t do without.

Fun stuff, done right
Our team socials are relaxed and easygoing. We’ve done everything from board game nights to escape rooms, and even the occasional beach day in Devon, complete with pizza and Hocking’s ice cream. It’s about spending time together, enjoying what we do, and stepping away from the screens.
We’ve also taken a different approach to rewards. Instead of automatically opting for the usual corporate schemes, we asked our team what felt meaningful. The answer? Perks like donations to good causes including Ecologi, and coffee vouchers that allow us to spend more time together.

People first, always
We’re a small, values-driven team with an informal vibe and a strong sense of community. We care about the work we do and the people we work with, and we choose clients who care too.
At Soto, our work culture isn’t something dictated from on high. It’s how we show up for each other, every day.
