Property Care Association: Streamlining Member Search for the ASUC

The Association of Specialist Underpinning Contractors (ASUC) is part of the Property Care Association (PCA), representing specialist contractors across the UK. Their website serves as a key hub for professionals and the public to find accredited members and trusted contractors within the industry.
The Challenge
ASUC’s existing member search function was outdated and difficult to amend, which often led to inconsistencies between the website and the PCA’s central CRM. This made it difficult to ensure that members’ profiles, contact details, and credentials were always accurate and up to date.
In addition to improving data accuracy, ASUC wanted the search experience to reflect their professional branding with a modern look, user-friendly filters, and richer member profiles that would add value to both users and member companies.
How We Helped
We developed a new CRM-integrated member search tool, connecting directly to the PCA’s CRM via its API. This ensures that every search result reflects real-time, up-to-date information; eliminating the need for manual updates.
The redesigned search page was styled to match the ASUC website’s visual identity and included all the filtering options users were familiar with. We also introduced randomised search results on each query to give all members equal visibility.
To elevate the user experience, we enhanced the visual design with ASUC’s branding and added company profile cards featuring logos, contact details, and direct links to members’ own websites. The result is a search tool that’s dynamic, accurate, and engaging — supporting ASUC’s mission to promote quality and professionalism across the industry.
