Thrive Fertility: Creating an Online Presence for a New and Vibrant Fertility Clinic in Melbourne

The Client

Thrive Fertility is an Australian reproductive medicine clinic committed to offering accessible, compassionate, and high-quality fertility care. They aim to personalise treatment plans by understanding each patient’s unique situation, using cutting-edge technology and a full suite of services (including their own embryology lab and operating theatre on site).

Thrive was co-founded by leading fertility specialists Dr Sascha Edelstein and Dr Linda Walmsley, who sought to make IVF and fertility treatment more affordable and empathetic. Their multidisciplinary team includes fertility experts, gynaecologists, embryologists, surgeons, nurses, and counsellors, all focused on supporting each individual’s fertility journey.

The Challenge

Thrive Fertility, a new clinic in Melbourne, needed a website to launch their brand and communicate their unique, compassionate approach to fertility care. As a new entrant in a competitive market, they wanted to instantly build trust, highlight their advanced technology, and demonstrate the warmth and professionalism of their team. The site needed to appeal to a diverse audience — well-educated individuals and families, young Australians, and immigrant populations — and guide them effortlessly towards making contact. Their goal was to create a digital experience that reflected the empathy, expertise, and accessibility that set them apart from other fertility clinics.

How We Helped

We collaborated closely with Thrive to design and develop a contemporary, people-centred website that captures the heart of their mission; helping life happen. 

Our UX-driven approach focused on creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere through warm imagery, intuitive navigation, and clear calls to action throughout the site. 

We built a flexible structure that showcased their full range of fertility and gynaecology services, introduced their specialist team, and provided space for future growth through blogs, resources, and support content. 

Every design decision aimed to build trust, streamline enquiries, and deliver an engaging, reassuring user experience that reflects Thrive’s commitment to patient care.
